At a time when we were struggling to find available builders to carry out a kitchen extension and
energy upgrades on our home, we were delighted when the Foy’s were able to accommodate us
with a detailed consultation of our plans and literally one or two weeks later, the diggers arrived.
James, Philip and Stephen are all family men, and were really conscious of our own children being
around during the construction process and always had time to say hello, which we really
appreciated. At one point, our 4-year-old wanted to invite them to his birthday party. Despite being
so busy and trying to get things organised and completed during lockdowns etc. James was always
easy to get in contact with and really helped us out and offered us his advice at various stages of the
build. Their carpenters are serious workers who remained onsite until long into the summer
evenings to get the work done. We’ve a long wish list of jobs to complete in our home, so hopefully
it’ll only be a matter of time before we get the Foys back again.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for building our beautiful new home. We would have no problem in highly recommending ye to build. The three lads were always so helpful and kind. They answered any questions we ever had and were always there to reassure us. The lads were always on site when they said they would be. James, Stephen and Philip were always so friendly while also carrying out there work to a very high standard.

All of the other tradesmen who Seamus had working on the house were always on time, professional and carried out the work to again a very high standard. The electrician plumber and carpenter we could not recommend highly enough they went above and beyond. Before we started our house Seamus promised us a standard second to none and this was a promise that was certainly delivered, the attention to detail was fantastic.

We could not recommend the lads and all the workers highly enough they have built us a home to enjoy for many a year.

We would like to thank Seamus for his help and guidance throughout our new build. We are now settled into our house and we are delighted with the finished result. Since moving to the house visitors have nothing but positive comments about our new home. From the minute we showed you’re our house plans we found you to be very helpful and patient with us which put us at ease as we had no previous of building a house. You were very quick to respond back to us with a price for the contract and were always on hand to consult with us during the planning process.
Having heard a lot of stories from other people who were building houses we were sceptical about getting the project finished within our target time frame but the itinerary plan which we agreed before the commencement of each stage was to kept to each time. Even when we made some changes to the plans inside the house after building had commenced this was never a problem to you. The workmanship of all trades carried out on site was top class. At all times we found your employees to be helpful and mannerly towards us, they were extremely neat and above all had an interest in the way their work was carried out and how the end result would look.
We would highly recommend you to anybody who is starting a new build or having any construction related project carried out let it be extensions, refurbs or whatever the case may be and we would have no hesitation talking to anyone about how the work was carried out on our home. Apart from a few headaches picking colours and furniture etc. the whole experience of building our home was stress free and a positive one and this is in no small part down to your help, experience and guidance. In a time where there are a lot of corner cutting builders out there we are glad that we choose you to build our home which we are very happy with.

Prior to the construction of our house we met with Seamus to go through the plans of our new house. He went through in detail with us what he would be looking after in relation to the construction of the house, and provided us with a written quotation providing all aspects of the project and a breakdown of the costs. Throughout the construction of the house he was always available for any queries we had, and provided his expert opinion in all cases. We are very pleased with the quality service we received, and more importantly very happy with the quality of work that was displayed.
